Alesha Garcia Jardin
Owner and Head Trainer at A-Team Health and Fitness
Alesha Garcia Jardin is the owner and head personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, where she has spent the past eight years helping individuals build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and more confident lives. Her work combines strength and conditioning, functional movement, and nutrition coaching to create personalized, sustainable results.
Alesha’s connection to movement began in childhood through competitive sports, but her deeper purpose in fitness emerged later after navigating weight gain, chronic pain, and a spinal surgery. These experiences shaped her philosophy: fitness should improve quality of life, support long-term health, and empower—not punish—the body.
In addition to her work in private coaching, Alesha served as a professor at San José State University, where she taught coursework in strength training, movement foundations, and applied fitness principles. Her academic role further strengthened her evidence-based approach and passion for education, ensuring that clients not only train—but understand why they’re training the way they are.
She holds extensive industry credentials including:
Precision Nutrition Level 1, USAW Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, NASM CPT, NESTA CPT, CrossFit Level 1, FRC Practitioner, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Spartan SGX Coach, Lifelong Performance Specialist, and the Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Certification.
At A-Team Fitness, Alesha designs individualized strength and nutrition programs centered around performance, mobility, and confidence—not quick fixes or only aesthetics. Her coaching approach supports clients in building strength they can feel in everyday life.

Dylan Beck
Trainer and Assistant Manager at A-Team Health and Fitness
Dylan Beck is a dedicated personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, passionate about holistic wellness and transforming lives through physical training. Born in Fairfield, California, he developed a love for sports and weightlifting early on, which kept him focused and motivated. His journey began at San Jose State University, where he pursued a degree in Kinesiology and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise by the end of his first year.
During his undergraduate studies, Dylan worked with college athletes, further refining his skills in performance training. He later took on management roles in various gyms, creating impactful fitness experiences. After briefly exploring a career in medical school, he realized his true calling was in preventative care. Dylan believes strongly in the power of diet and nutrition as a form of medicine, having witnessed significant health transformations in his clients.
Dylan's mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality by fostering sustainable, enjoyable habits. He aims to create a positive impact that extends beyond the gym by instilling strength, vitality, and confidence in his clients.
