Alesha Garcia Jardin is the owner and head personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, where she has spent the past eight years helping individuals build stronger bodies, healthier habits, and more confident lives. Her work combines strength and conditioning, functional movement, and nutrition coaching to create personalized, sustainable results.

Alesha’s connection to movement began in childhood through competitive sports, but her deeper purpose in fitness emerged later after navigating weight gain, chronic pain, and a spinal surgery. These experiences shaped her philosophy: fitness should improve quality of life, support long-term health, and empower—not punish—the body.

In addition to her work in private coaching, Alesha served as a professor at San José State University, where she taught coursework in strength training, movement foundations, and applied fitness principles. Her academic role further strengthened her evidence-based approach and passion for education, ensuring that clients not only train—but understand why they’re training the way they are.

She holds extensive industry credentials including:

Precision Nutrition Level 1, USAW Level 2 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, NASM CPT, NESTA CPT, CrossFit Level 1, FRC Practitioner, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Spartan SGX Coach, Lifelong Performance Specialist, and the Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Certification.

Ria's journey into fitness began when her mom introduced her to a Body Step Class at the YMCA, sparking a lifelong passion. This early start led her to become an athlete, competing in cross-country and track and field. In college, she furthered her education by earning a degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University. During this time, she also taught dance classes like Zumba, cardio dance, and Bollywood.

After graduating, Ria gained experience working at a boutique-style training gym, where she learned to train clients one-on-one and in small groups. Now, as a personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, her goal is to help clients achieve their goals while ensuring that fitness becomes a sustainable part of their lifestyle. Ria's passion for fitness is evident in the care and confidence she instills in her clients during each session.

Dylan Beck is a dedicated personal trainer at A-Team Fitness, passionate about holistic wellness and transforming lives through physical training. Born in Fairfield, California, he developed a love for sports and weightlifting early on, which kept him focused and motivated. His journey began at San Jose State University, where he pursued a degree in Kinesiology and became certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise by the end of his first year.

During his undergraduate studies, Dylan worked with college athletes, further refining his skills in performance training. He later took on management roles in various gyms, creating impactful fitness experiences. After briefly exploring a career in medical school, he realized his true calling was in preventative care. Dylan believes strongly in the power of diet and nutrition as a form of medicine, having witnessed significant health transformations in his clients.

Dylan's mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and vitality by fostering sustainable, enjoyable habits. He aims to create a positive impact that extends beyond the gym by instilling strength, vitality, and confidence in his clients.

Tori began her fitness journey seven years ago, after a lifelong struggle with weight, and was determined to make lasting changes in her habits and lifestyle. Her transformation ignited a passion for helping others navigate their fitness journeys with the right guidance and approach.

Tori is a certified personal trainer with specializations in nutrition, weight loss and weight gain transformations, glute development, powerlifting instruction, and strength and conditioning. With over six years of experience as a master trainer, she is deeply committed to ongoing education and continuously seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and enhance her coaching methods.

Singapore-born and raised, Lex was a competitive athlete in multiple sports from preschool through Grad School.


Switching from corporate to health & fitness in 2024, Lex believes her blended background and experience will aid her in impacting, influencing, and transforming the lives of people from all walks and cultures of life.

Dr. Alex Greene, DC is a certified personal trainer at A-Team Health and Fitness and licensed chiropractor at Kraken Sports Chiropractic and Wellness, specializing in performance optimization, strength development, and functional movement. He is dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best.

His lifelong passion for movement began with competitive swimming, soccer, and cycling in high school, later expanding to a range of sports and martial arts during his university years. These experiences, along with his own recovery from sports-related injuries, shaped his deep understanding of athletic performance, body mechanics, and resilience.

Dr. Alex Greene, DC’s coaching philosophy, centers on intelligent, evidence-based program design rooted in sports performance principles. His training emphasizes developing strength, power, endurance, mobility, and recovery to enhance physical capability and minimize injury risk. By integrating his background in chiropractic care with advanced exercise science, he delivers a comprehensive, individualized approach that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and peak performance.

She was immediately drawn to the challenge, skill development, and supportive community. Over the years, building strength and maintaining healthy habits have become even more meaningful—especially since becoming a mom. Now, Carolyn trains not just for fitness but for the joy of movement in all aspects of life, whether it’s acroyoga the park, a CrossFit class, or an outdoor adventure with her family. She loves helping others find that same excitement in their own fitness journeys.

Ricardo Espinosa

With a decade of experience in the fitness industry and five years of hands-on training, Ricardo brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his clients. His journey into fitness began in childhood in Peru, where he was immersed in sports and athletics, including playing soccer at high-level academies like Alianza Lima. He also played soccer in high school and college in the United States. His passion for fitness was further fueled during his time in the U.S. Navy, where he discovered the transformative power of weights and training.

Specializing in performance enhancement with athletes to elevate their game, Ricardo has experience working with a diverse range of clients, from as young as 11 up to the golden age of 90, including both men and women, and is also fluent in Spanish.

Munchie Takhar is a proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University, graduating cum laude in 2021. Her approach to self-care is deeply holistic, integrating emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She believes that true health comes from balance and strives to help her patients achieve that through chiropractic care. She wholeheartedly believes that she was placed on this earth to heal and is honored to share my knowledge and skills to help you feel your best. I look forward to being part of your wellness journey!

In her spare time, she enjoys taking photos with my film camera, painting, and I am also learning how to roller skate!

Jaspreet Takhar is a Registered Dietitian with five years of experience and a lifelong passion for plant-based nutrition. She focuses on simple, sustainable, and personalized approaches to help clients feel their best.

She did her undergraduate degree at San Jose state university and my dietetic internship at Georgia Southern University in Savannah Georgia.

She enjoys gardening, puzzles, and spending time with my friends and family and is a huge Survivor (tv show) fan.
