About the Speaker
Anumeha Gupta is a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Energy Healer. She specializes in helping men and women resolve subconscious sabotage, release suppressed anger, calm anxiety and create more peaceful, connected relationships with their families.
Her work is rooted in her personal journey—healing from repressed anger herself, navigating divorce, raising children as an immigrant in the U.S., leaving a corporate career to find her purpose, and overcoming anxiety, guilt, and low self-esteem. With deep compassion and lived experience, she supports clients through their own healing.
Trained in Ayurveda by Dr. Jay Apte and Vedic monk Mother Maya, she is also a certified Yoga Teacher, Tarot Reader, and ThetaHealing® Practitioner. Over the past nine years, she has led transformational workshops and one-on-one sessions across the U.S. and India, helping people bring more calm, forgiveness, and love into their homes.
